Mul-t-lock Hercular deadbolt and Schlage lever retrofitted with Mul-t-lock high security cylinder

High security: Mul-t-lock

Originally, this door had a Schlage lever lockset. We installed a Mul-t-lock Hercular deadbolt and retrofitted the lever with a Mul-t-lock key-in-knob cylinder. Both the deadbolt and lever are keyed to operate with a single key. Mul-t-lock manufactures cylinders to retrofit many brands of commercial and residential locks.
Kaba-Ilco Eplex E2031-XS electronic combination lockset

Keyless entry: Kaba-Ilco

This is a Kaba-Ilco Eplex E2031-XS. Entry is gained by a user code or by an over-ride key. It has several programming options and will store up to 99 user codes. This lock will replace most commercial grade cylindrical locksets. In this application the Eplex lock replaces a key-in-knob lockset

This is a condominium suite entry door. The deadbolt has a Schlage Everest C123 cylinder and was rekeyed to operate with the suite master key.

These items are a Von Duprin 98EOF fire rated panic bar and 996L trim. This panic bar was chosen for it's durabiltiy and because it completely conceals the door preparation of the key-in-knob lockset that it replaced.

Door replacement: Fire-rated doors

This is a condomiunium suite entry door. It has an oak veneer and is fire-rated for 20 minutes. The decorative moulding, deadbolt, passage set and door closer were installed after they were salvaged from the origial door. We also supply and install fire-rated hollow metal and kalamein doors.

This Doromatic SC60 door closer has been installed in a regular arm configuration. It may also be installed top jamb and parallel arm. We service and install many other brands of door closers including LCN, Sargent and Dorma.

Door Hardware: Latch guards

Both of these blocker plates are mounted on hollow metal doors and protect the door edge and latch from tampering. The plate on the right is designed to protect an electric strike. We install latch guards manufactured by Mag ,Donjo, Ilco and PLS.
Schlage B560 deadbolt with Primus IC core

High security: Schlage Primus XP

This is one of 77 doors. The engraved wrap-around plate strengthens the door. The Dexter passage lever is fire-rated for 20 minutes. The deadbolt, also fire-rated, is a Schlage B560JF with a Primus XP high security, interchangeable core cylinder.
